I bought my ticket via TicketSwap, what can I do?

We can only attest for the tickets that are bought from our ticketshop directly — unfortunately not for tickets bought through third parties. For questions regarding tickets bought through TicketSwap, we would recommend getting in touch with their support desk right away, so they can help you out with this: support@ticketswap.com.
